All our products are shipped direct from the factories in China. 

Shipping rates can be expensive, but we would like to help you save as much as possible .  We offer a discount of 20% on shipping rates (not including the shipping handling fee).

Shipping costs will depend on the total weight of the order and the country the order will be shipped to.  The following is an indication of shipping rates:

• In order to calculate the shipping rates for your order, please proceed to checkout to view the list of countries we can ship to, as well as the shipping rates applicable for that order.  Shipping costs will be calculated automatically depending on the total weight of the items in your shopping cart
• Shipping costs include packaging materials and shipping, but other handling fees of $5 per shipment will be added separately
• Orders are usually shipped from our warehouses within five full working days after clearing your payment.  Depending on the volume of orders, time of year (shipping could take longer closer to holiday seasons) it could be sooner.  Although all orders are treated as urgent, orders received after 12h00 NZ time on a Monday cannot be guaranteed to ship out before that coming weekend.
• The actual delivery time is dependent upon the date the item(s) are shipped and the destination where the item(s) are delivered.  It usually takes between 5 - 7 days for delivery after shipment.
• Efforts will be made to ship all items in an order at the same time.  
• However, as items may be shipped from different warehouses, it could be that some items in the same order may be shipped separately. 
• You will receive an email from MP3plusmore to inform you once your order has been shipped.
• IMPORT TAXES:  Please make sure from the Customs Department in your country to determine  the limits set for free importation of consumer electronic products.  The limits in every country is different.  MP3Plusmore.com cannot be held liable for additional charges that might be required by local customs authorities.
