Warranty
All our products come with the following warranty:
- 30 days manufacturer’s warranty. If the item you ordered is defect, follow the procedures as set out in the Returns Policy below.
Once the defect product is received, it will be repaired or a replacement will be sent to
you. All shipping charges are for your account. Full shipping charges to send the replacement to you will have to be
paid by you (even if your original purchase qualified for a shipping
discount)*.
- 12 month repair warranty. Any repairs
(due to mechanical malfunction) required within the first 12 months, will be done free of charge.
(This, however, does not include repairs to damage caused through neglect). Submit your request using the procedures set out in the Returns Policy below. Please keep your order details as proof that the product was purchased from MP3plusmore.com. Shipping both ways will have to be paid by you.*
We test every product before it is shipped out to make sure that it is functional. If you have any of the following problems with your product:
1. Damaged during shipment. Please take a photo of the package and damage to the product immediately. We will require the original package as proof for the courier service to claim back damages from them. *
2. Malfunction within one week after receiving your product (electronic products are sensitive and the shipping and handling could have caused it to malfunction). Please check all features of your product immediately to make sure everything functions properly. If anything got damaged during shipment, you need to inform us within 5 days and return the product to get a replacement *
3. Malfunction within one year of purchase. Please inform us of the problem you are experiencing. If the problem cannot be fixed you can return the product for repairs. Please complete the returns/warranty request form providing all the details required.
Returns Policy
We are convinced that you will be pleased with your purchase. Please make sure that you are satisfied with your choice before placing your order. We cannot accept returns of products if you do not like the product or ordered the wrong model. Please ask questions if you need more information before you place your order.
*Items damaged during shipment: Contact us within 5 days by using the returns/warranty request form. We will gladly replace the item for you or provide you with a full refund, including shipping charges. Shipping charges for any other reason than the return of goods damaged during shipping, will have to be paid by the customer.
