To which countries do you ship?
At present we use Express Mail Service (EMS). Although EMS ships
to most countries in the world, please check by going to the "checkout"
page to see the drop-down menu of the list of countries we can ship to.
Are orders shipped from New Zealand?
Although we are based in New Zealand, all products are shipped directly from the factories in China.

How soon after ordering will I receive my item/s?
Delivery times depend on the item, the size of the order, and the destination. The majority of orders arrive with our customers within 10 days of placing an order online. Depending on what you order, your goods could arrive in a shorter timeframe than that.
Will I be able to track my shipment?
After your products have been dispatched, we will email you a tracking number. You will be able to track your package on the EMS website at http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp.

Is any GST or other tax charged in addition to the price?
- No tax is payable on our products, except for New Zealand customers, who need to pay 12.5% GST. 12.5% GST will be added to all shipments to New Zealand in the final stage of your order, before making payment.
- Please be advised that the Customs Department of your country could impose duty or sales tax on your ordered item when it enters your country.
However, based on our experience, it seldom happens to small lot orders like ours. If you want to make sure, please contact your local customs department for the local regulations and the maximum value of import for duty exemption. We would appreciate your understanding that MP3plusmore.com cannot be held responsible for any duties charged on items by local customs in your country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
What if my item is not in stock?
At MP3Plusmore.com we source our products direct from the different factories in China. Although we try to keep up-to-date records of the availablility of products, it may happen that a product is not available when ordered. If, for any reason, your order can not be completed we will notify you as soon as possible and let you know an estimated date we can ship your order. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will do what we can to rectify the situation.
If the item you ordered is no longer available, your will be offered the choice of an alternative, similar item, or a refund of your order.

MP3plusmore.com and its employees will only collect information from you for the following reasons:
